Despite the rigors of running multi-national corporations Mark has also found time for his real passion, philanthropy. To achieve this objective he founded the Mark J. The foundation, in partnership with the United Nations Foundation and singer Paul Simon, has distributed thousands of bed nets throughout the African continent.  Additionally, MJGF is a founding partner of the Nothing but Nets campaign, along with matching partners the NBA, Major League Soccer, the United Nations Foundation, VH-1, Sports Illustrated and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
